Thank you for shopping with CBJ Elements Emporium. We are committed to delivering your premium nail sets, spa kits, and boutique essentials in a timely and secure manner.
Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping (5–7 business days): Calculated at checkout
- Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days): Calculated at checkout
- Free Standard Shipping on orders over $50 or more
- Domestic Shipping We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. Shipping rates are calculated based on order weight and destination at checkout.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Damaged or Lost Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at catheesanb@gmail.com so we can resolve the issue promptly.
